The RV was good. When I went to empty the waste water, the pipe was broken so I couldn’t empty it all the way, and got charged for it. I also recommend you take pictures of the propane levels before and after your trip. When we got the RV the propane was at 2/3 full and that’s how we dropped it off, but got charged because it wasn’t full. When we reached out to discuss the extra charges with Ted, he never responded.

The trip was good, we had no issues until we went to dump the septic tank. There was an old repair that had come loose and we ended up spilling grey water on the ground. I stopped dumping because of this and then got charged $175 for not dumping the tanks… also take pictures of the propane level before and after the trip

Una falta de respeto cancelar nuestra reserva como si nada con menos de 24 horas de antelación, no nos ayudó en nada solo dijo que la aplicación solucionaba o nos devolvían el dinero pero no es el hecho! Teníamos un viaje planeado con nuestra familia no podíamos cancelar 12 horas antes solo por falta de respeto! No te recomiendo contratar con esta gente te van a cancelar tu viaje unos minutos antes de partir

Loved this RV. Was a great fit for my family. Owners were responsive when I needed help. Would definitely rent it again.

Host was great in the services provided, when through all the details and even delivered and picked up on time. The vehicle is perfect for a weekend getaway and comfortable. Will rent again

Ted is a great host. He took the time to show us every detail and that made all the difference. Ted communicated all the time and was flexible. I would recommend Ted for sure and looking for to rent this RV next time.

We have rented 2 Class A RV’s from Ted over the past year. We had a great experience with both coaches. The rental process is easy, the owner arrives promptly at the drop off location and takes his time going over all aspects of the RV. A great experience, friendly flexible and reliable owner, and clean almost new RV’s. We know where to go for our next rental.
