The RV wasn’t cleaned very well upon pickup. The floor was dirty and we found trash under the dinette bench. Worst of all was the air conditioning. It ran but put out very little cool air. It was unbearably warm while we were trying to sleep. There’s nothing like sweat running down your face while in the bed. Robert didn’t respond to my text about the AC and I still paid full price for a less than enjoyable camping experience. I won’t be renting here again unfortunately.

Robert was amazing to work with. The camper was set up and ready to go when I arrived. The unite was very convenient, clean, and comfortable. Enjoyed the experience and will use Robert again when the need arises.

This was our 4th year renting a camper and the customer service was awesome. Highly recommend using them. We will be back next year.

We expected to have jacks when we rented the RV. At Yellowstone National Park our site wa as not level so we needed to go to the dump site twice the week we were in the park.

We have rented RVs in the past from other providers and this was our first time renting from Kunes. The entire process was very easy, from the first inquiries we made, to the pick-up and drop-off. Very accommodating and very professional staff! Thank you!

All was fine until the air conditioning failed and we went into 4 days worth of trouble shooting.
Response time in the phone was quick but no real solution was found even after I was told that a tech would be sent out. There was no note left after the tech supposed visit and the unit worked sporadically for the next 24 hours until it failed completely the following night. Another call to Support was handled quickly, but did not result in a tech visiting the trailer for the second time on Thursday night I believe. After this visit, the unit seem to work for the remaining two nights of our stay. It was very disappointing and physically wearing to myself and my Roommate who after 12 hours of working the flight line we faced with coming home to a 82° trailer. What helped was during this period the overnight outside temperature decrease to 55°, which was helpful but does not address the point of a critical piece of equipment , failing multiple times during my stay.

Generator didn’t work and several phone calls with rental company were not helpful. One drawer in kitchen area did not latch.

We were disappointed in the cleanliness of the unit. There was dog hair in a lot of places and in twined in the mattress. We had to give it thorough cleaning. I am allergic to dog and cat dander and i partially blame myself for not asking if Kunes rented units that did not allow pets. Maybe in the future that could be mentioned to potential customers about options??

We had many electrical sockets that didnt work, but that wasnt too big of a deal. I also thought I was getting a little bit bigger trailer, but also, that ended up not being a big deal. I would like to look into doing it again for Lifest next year. Maybe you can send me a quote for a little bit bigger trailer. Thanks
