The refrigerator did not work and it was missing a TV. Attempted communication with Betty and no response from her in regards to the concern. She was an hour late for drop off and said she was running half hour behind. Had to purchase extra ice chests in order to hold food that was for my daughters wedding. Not a good experience at all with the host. The camper was clean

Blatantly lied about trailer weight so we couldn’t even tow it. Also refused to refund so we had to escalate it through support. Also the awning was broken. 10/10 would NOT recommend

Betty was an amazing host! She was easy to work with and accommodating, especially for booking me last minute when our other plans fell through. I'd recommend anyone to rent from her!
