Do NOT rent from these people! The wife was irritable & the husband was a serious jerk.
We explained to them that we had vehicle trouble & that we would be late returning the vehicle that day. We arranged for a tow truck to bring their RV (Which was perfectly fine) back to their home. They didn’t want to wait and insisted that they come and get the RV & putting us in a compromising logistics situation with all of our items. We settled on meeting them at a wal-mart that was closer to their home from the campground we were stranded at. When they got the address we never heard from them until they came banging on the door a couple hours later. They knew that we were waiting on the tow truck so they rushed to us unannounced to intentionally leave us stranded in a field. The husband cursed my husband out and tells me “You’re not supposed to be here!’ I asked him why & he said “My site said no music festivals!’
We weren’t even at a music festival, so I don’t know where he got that from…

Brittany,From the get go, I tried my best to help you. You told me that your previous rental backed out last minute so you wouldn’t be able to go on a relaxing, hubby/wife vacation to your friend’s property in Muenster. So even though we hadn’t planned on renting the Rockin’ 4E Camper this particular weekend, we agreed to get it cleaned, stocked and over to you in less than 24 hours.The following day, we came home early from work to meet you for your 3 pm pick up. You ended up pushing it back to 6 pm, then 7 pm, and ended up not showing up until 7:30 pm.Over the course of the 3-day rental, we answered over 50 calls and text messages to help you since you were unfamiliar with campers/trailers. We made sure to take care of all of your needs while you were away.We even gave you an EXTENDED return time, in which you didn’t tell us until an hour before return time that you didn’t have a way to get the camper back to us yourselves. The only way to return it was going through multiple towing companies and location points.After finding out that you lied to us as to what city you were in, and of all places you were at Rednecks and Paychecks Fall Mud Crawl (our listing specifically says NO FESTIVALS), we decided to come and retrieve our property.Once we arrived, we realized that you had lied to us from the very beginning. There was no relaxing vacation between the two of you. In fact, you had a complete t-shirt shop set up in our camper.Among further inspection, not only was our camper filthy, but there was major damage such as scratches on the exterior, spare tire hanging off the back, you broke our electric hitch jack and more.Because of you, The Rockin’ 4E Camper will be out of commission for awhile until we can repair everything.I honestly wasn’t surprised to find a negative review from you as I saw how dishonest you were from beginning to end with this rental.Thankfully I can rest on the fact that future renters will be able to see all of the other 5-star reviews and compare it to this solo negative review.

The Rockin' 4E Camper was amazing! Plenty of space for all of our family. It was incredibly clean and very modern. The outside kitchen nook with the mini fridge was a huge perk. We highly recommend!!

The trailer was in perfect condition and had everything we could have wanted and more. They were extremely nice people to work with and will definitely be using them again.

We loved the camper- perfect setup for two couples. We each had our own room with great storage for a week on the road. This was glamping not camping!!! Beautiful inside and out! Outdoor kitchen area is nice, roomy living area with perfect seating. Brandon and Ashley were super helpful before and during our trip- VERY responsive!! We enjoyed everything about the rental.

This was our first time renting an RV and the whole experience was great! Ashley was so helpful and super quick to answer all questions I had, even before I actually booked with them. Brandon delivered and set up the Rv for us and couldn’t have been nicer. The camper itself is super clean and spacious on the inside. Overall, I would definitely recommend booking with them!

Very sweet and helpful couple to rent from! We so enjoyed our stay in the camper! Loved the outdoor kitchen!! Thanks for making my first stay with Outdoorsy a great one!! Rented for drag races In Ennis and worked out great!! Sorry didn’t remember to take a picture in front of the camper for you!

My family was very fortunate to have found The Rocking 4E RV for our first family venture into RV rental life. We are total RV newbies, but the owners made it super easy for us to enjoy their clean and luxurious RV. My expert camping sister said we will be too spoiled in the future after having this great experience. :)We found the RV to have all amenities we expected and many others that we didn't expect. The owners were open to delivering and setting up/tearing down the setup (for an additional fee) and they even added some additional details like surround lights and fun picnic lights. Everything we needed for cooking was available, plus nice cold AC. Everything was clean and in good condition. Both owners were helpful and responsive. Overall, we would definitely rent from them again and recommend them to others. :)

We can’t say enough good things about Brandon, Ashley, and this camper trailer! They communicated ahead of time, answered all of our questions, they were wonderful! The trailer was gorgeous, brand new, with all the luxuries of home. Perfect for our family trip.

This was the nicest camper we have been in! Great features including outdoor kitchen, two smart TVs, built in grill, automated awning, and much more. Brandon and Ashley were super nice and helpful as I had lots of questions. Would highly recommend!

What more can we say that has not been said in the earlier reviews. This trailer is great. It's new, it's comfortable, it works! We towed it behind an F150 from DFW to Kirby, AR and with the hitch that Brandon and Ashley have it tows great.
We made great use of the outdoor kitchen during our 3 night trip but when the summer heat got too much outside, the AC on this thing rocks! Very cool in the heat of summer!
Brandon and Ashley were great to work with, super responsive from the start and quick and easy on pick up and return. It sure sounds like they are clocking up a list of repeat renters. You can add the Jones family to that list. Thanks for a great long weekend. Cheers!
