This was a comfortable and well equipped van. The bed was quite comfortable.
We had one problem that required calling the company that provided roadside care. We had purchased the middle coverage. V poor service from the company. Over 6 1/2 hour wait. Fortunately we were at our stay so not stuck anywhere on the road. I will be complaining to Outdoorsy about this. Poor and unprofessional.
The tech was great though.
No reflection on Tyler. He was in the loop the whole time and as helpful as he could be.

Tyler’s van was a great option for our camping weekend. It is exactly as advertised and does the job! Our only issue was that the speedometer was not working, which was initially tricky until we found a workaround. Otherwise, Tyler was easy to communicate with and very accommodating.

This RV van is exactly as advertised; a camper van for just what you are looking for. 24 hour refrigerator powered by solar panels. A bathroom with a shower and an ingeniously tucked away hand washing sink. A microwave. Seating for 4. My husband even parallel parked it with ease. A smooth ride, total visibility. A rear camera for comfortable backing up and passing on the highway. 17 mpg gas-powered with plenty of oomph for long hills. They thought of everything in this van. Tyler keeps it in great shape and is knowledgeable. Five stars!!!

Tyler was the best and the van is amazing. It’s actually so spacious and lots of places to unpack. By far best van we’ve ever rented.
