Have smaller glasses. We had quart size glasses and no coffee cups. The bowls were also huge and not useful for soup or cereal. The front door was bent and difficult to close. We couldn't figure out how to light the oven. Instructions would be helpful.

We had a great experience renting from cozy turtle RV rentals .. they made it very easy for us . Delivery was on time , camper was clean and in great shape. Any issues we had were handled quickly. We will definitely be renting from them in the future!

Great rental had an issue with one of the TVs and got an immediate response and resolved it right away. My kids even said to make sure I left a 5 star review

Service was great! The stove was not clean, I cleaned it before we left. Also, the shower drain was filled with hair! I tried to clean that out as well as I could. The hair was there when we got the unit. Lastly, the beds are not appropriate for adults who are expecting a comfortable bed to sleep in for the week. Perhaps, air mattresses could be offered? Thank you!

The unit we rented was very nice and just what we picked. We were surprised to see a nice large rug/mat outside the camper when we arrived. I had brought 2 rugs with us, so we only needed one. We had a problem with the cable for the TV's, but our call was answered promptly and fixed promptly. We did have a problem with the air conditioner. We had to put a piece of plastic over the vent in the bathroom, because it blasted cold air and you froze when we came out of the shower. The air conditioner in the master bedroom was very loud and the fan ran on high only, as the switch on one side of the unit was broke. We finally tapped that and it helped some.
We enjoyed the unit and will certainly book another RV from you in the future. Thank you

The unit we had was very well kept, exactly as described and priced fairly. The entire process from reservations, to deliver, to check out was all excellent. Correspondence was perfect when we needed it.

The only thing was the pillows. You need better pillows. Also it would be nice to have a block with different knives. Otherwise it was excellent.
