Our first time on an RV! It was an amazing time. Jess was super responsive and helpful in answering our questions. RV is brand new and in amazing condition. Looking forward to doing it again.

Great family trailer and a terrific experience with the owners, who are communicative and attentive. The trailer is new and in great shape, with little wear-and-tear. It came with all the leveling and stabilizing gear (for which step-by-step instructions are provided). Everything was extremely clean. Minor complaints: (1) the outdoor kitchen looks like it's never been hooked up and was not operational; (2) the kitchen is stocked with kind of a hodgepodge of cookware, cups, and plates; (3) the fridge hadn't been run and was not on at pickup, meaning we could not use it the first day; (4) this one is hardly unique to this trailer: the bed is rock-hard because of the skinny RV mattress. Overall, we would be happy to rent this trailer again.

I do have a variety of things and all are light weight items that are meant for travel. But if you have any suggestions that would make life easy for our next renters, I’d appreciate that.
Typically the fridge gets cool while the trailer is hooked up and being towed to location, but you made a good point. Thank you.Take care!
