Our rental had a shower leak issue appeared to have been an ongoing issue for a while as the cabinet showed visible signs of a leak. So we opted to use the campsite showers rather than clean up a huge water mess and add to the existing water damage. Danielle, the person in charge of the rentals needs a new career as she sucks at replying to emails or texts messages. Customer service was definitely not her strong suit. I would definitely rent an RV until again but not from this place unless it was my only resort.

Great experience with this company. Very helpful with any questions I had and quick with responding. The RV i rented was in great condition and did the job!
