Great experience overall, from start to finish! Having the extra room for my family was a game-changer for a long drive from Houston to Colorado. The vehicle was clean and in great condition, and was very easy to drive. Pick-up was informative where Jessie walked me through all the fantastic features of the Sprinter. He pointed out everything I needed to know and was very patient. The trip went smoothly, and I will definitely rent again!

This is the first time I have ever rented a luxury sprinter so I was hoping it wouldn't turn out to be some sort of bait-and-switch. As it turns out, I couldn't have been any happier with the whole trip! Jessie Cochran was always on the ball - answering all my questions promptly, and when we met him for pick-up, it was like meeting an old friend.And the van was immaculate. It looked just like the pictures on the website. Everyone had a great time. It was like taking people for a trip in your family room. (Assuming you have a very nice family room). Driving it was a pleasure too. Very comfortable. You're up fairly high, and it feels like it. Just take the turns a bit wide, and not too fast - and keep your overhead clearance in mind. The fuel cap takes a little more torque than I expected to remove, but it was super easy to get comfortable handling the van.The thing that initially drew me to Jessie was that he had no problem with us bring our two dogs on the trip. I really appreciated that and we made sure they were freshly bathed and brushed and then vacuumed out what hair they left on the carpet before turning the van in. So it looks like we CAN have nice things after all. Just treat the van with a reasonable amount of respect. Don't trash it, and the next people renting it will be as happy with it as you were. : )

We had a great experience with Jessie and his Sprinter! Jessie was very prompt with responses, and the Sprinter was perfect for what we needed for our trip. My dad usually complains about back pain while driving for more than a few hours or flying an airplane, but he didn’t have any back pain for our 10+ hour road trip! Everything was clean and the restroom, wifi and smart tv definitely came in handy. Our whole family enjoyed cruising in luxury! Highly recommend! Thank you, Jessie!

Rented one of Jessie's Sprinter vans for a trip with some VIP business associates. Jessie was very communicative, friendly and accommodating. He was very punctual for pick up and drop off and always responsive by text if I had any questions. Van was in great shape and very clean. We drove it for about 400 and the van was a pleasure to drive. Our passengers enjoyed relaxing and watching the Astros game on the way home. We'll be planning another trip soon and will be reaching out to Jessie again. Highly recommended!

Jessie was a wonderful host - great communication, super friendly and accommodating with pickup and drop-off times. The vehicle was also outstanding. It was in mint condition; it is obviously well cared-for. We took the car on a road trip to the beach and it gave us such peace of mind to know that we had all the resources we needed in the vehicle. Overall, this was a great experience and we would definitely work with Jessie again.

The right van for our vacation, exceeded all our expectations. It made the trip more enjoyable. Only stopped for sit down meals otherwise kids were entertained so it made it very easy for us to focus on getting to our destination. I would rent the van again just for a longer trip next time.

1000% recommend for family trips! The comfort it provided my family on the road was amazing plus all the amenities of the van really made it a trip to remember. We will definitely be booking again.
