Waiting on a full refund after 3 phone calls and the host agreed to give full refund outdoorsy still has not refunded my account and now it has been a week after my trip is over and I did not use the RV I had rented as it too many issues with it.

Matt followed through on all communications and the van was ready when promised. It is exactly as pictured on the website. We had no problems with the entire transaction.
