We had a nice time road tripping up to a college football game. The van held nine of us comfortably. It was relatively easy to use and definitely easy to drive. The owner was very responsive to our texts as we had a few questions.

We had a great family road trip in this amazing sprinter. The seats were so comfortable, the ride was smooth, and all the facilities worked as hoped. We would use this sprinter again for road trips, thanks again for everything.

We were notified late the night before the start of our trip that many features were not functioning due to an electrical problem. Toilet and sink were not usable, no a/c or heating and glitchy electronics behind the main cabin (all rear passenger seats). The problems continued throughout our trip. At pre-trip inspection, owner pointed out loose bumper to my husband as pre-existing damage. Several days after return of the vehicle, the owner claimed the loose bumper was not pre-existing and that there was a rip in front passenger seat. Owner did not mention either of these at time of vehicle return, nor did he take/provide photos of them. We feel we should have been given a trip discount because of the lack of temperature control to the rear cabin, glitchy or non-working electronics, non-functioning water/toilet, and the van was returned a day early ($350/day). The owner decided that not charging us for mileage overage (total of $261.50) or repair of pre-existing issues was a fair compensation. We disagree.
I'm giving the trip 2 overall stars because, despite the above issues, the van was spacious, did not break down on us, and the owner had fast responses to questions we had during our trip.
