After previously renting several times from a former east side dealer this was my first use of Outdoorsy. My son, grandson and I had a wonderful extended weekend using this RV to enjoy an IndyCar experience at Mid-Ohio. Our hosts were very good to work with and clear in letting us know their expectations for how to use and how we should treat their vehicle. I was fine with this because I’m going to treat anything I rent as if it were my own. It was clear I was borrowing their baby! Mechanical is at 4 stars only because the awning wasn’t working due to a previous renter but I understand this happens in the RV world. The way my hosts care about this class C, I’m sure they’ll have it operational as soon as possible.

Jim and Staci are easy to communicate with and their RV is clean, well provisioned and well maintained. We had a great adventure over fall break.

First and foremost, Jim and Staci were incredible! Their professionalism, attention to detail, and pride in their RV made renting from them an exceptional experience. Next, the RV itself was just extraordinary. Clean, beautiful, and perfectly appointed in function and design. There is no question that we will rent their amazing “Wanda” again when the need arises.

Jim and Staci were phenomenal to rent from. They love and care for their RV and it shows. The RV was in pristine condition. Great communicators, very responsive, flexible and super friendly people. Would recommend them to anyone looking!

Great experience from start to finish. Jim and Staci are easy to work with and take pride in their RV. The RV is as others have described it, well stocked and immaculate. Loved the bright, light and spacious layout.

Can't say enough good things about this RV and it's owners. Vehicle is immaculate, drive's great, and is super well stocked. Jim and Staci are super personable and communication is second to none. We will definitely be a repeat customer!

Staci and Jim were great hosts and easy to communicate with. Rv was in great shape and very clean. Driver and passenger seats were very comfortable. Rv was easy to drive with back up and side cameras. Everything worked great for us and I would recommend renting this rv.

Staci and Jim were excellent hosts and made the process of renting an RV extremely easy. From booking to return, communication was prompt and effective. Their RV was just as described and how it appeared in the pictures.
