The guy who delivered the RV was late by almost 5 hours and picked up the RV with out a phone call or specified time. I got lucky and decided to text him and he said he was 15min out. Check out was supposed to be late that night or the next morning if that didn’t work for him. Instead he showed up 8 hours early with out warning to pick it up.

I’m sorry that after giving you a steep discount on the delivery, and attempting to work with you to extend the drop off period that you still were not satisfied.
I’m not sure what more could have been done, as I dropped off within a half hour of when you told me to, and picked up at the check out time for the campground.
Additionally, I didn’t even charge you for the towel of mine that you kept or the gas can that you burned a hole in by negligently leaving it next to the exhaust of the generator.

Our experience was great! RV was clean and the bed was surprisingly comfortable. Nick delivered the trailer, set it up and made it easy to contact him if we had any questions. Perfect for our family and 2 dogs to enjoy our vacation!

Nicholas was very easy to work with and made sure we were completely set up for our trip. He also bailed us out last minute after another trailer canceled on us a week before our trip. I would highly recommend Nicholas and his trailer.
