Very nice and friendly people who have rented us the RV. The only thing was that it wasn’t clean enough when I received it. It had dog hair all over the RV. Not only that I had to clean it for two and half hour before we went on the trip. There was dog hair stuck to the driver side windshield inside the RV which I found it when I was returning it. So overall we had fun but could be cleaner and sanitized well before hand it over to the customer. Which could give better experience to the people who rent it and feel like renting again from the same people especially.

This was our first ever rv trip/rental and we definitely learned along the way. Brittany and her dad were great!Cons- Let me pretense this by saying that we did not reach out to Brittany during the trip regarding the AC issue. We found out at pickup that the awning was broken from last renter and they were waiting on the parts to repair it (this had a big impact due to constant rain during the trip and contributed to the next con); the A/C does not cool the unit except in the evening whether on generator or not- It's possibly due to the age and wear and tear of the unit or user error but it was stifling hot and muggy and made for a super cranky mom and overheated pups. We tried to make the best of it by renting a car the day after we checked in at the campgrounds. It was an added expense that I hadn't planned for but necessary between the heat and constant rain without having shelter to sit under outside.During the trip home one of the exterior vent panels popped off as well and we didn't realize it until we stopped for gas. The roads and highway had a ton of construction and extremely rough/ bumpy roadways that likely caused that to happen. We did notify Brittany though. I also went ahead and washed all of the linens and towels that we used, replaced the toilet paper and paper towels and cleaned pretty thoroughly as a courtesy although not required.

Excellent rental experience. Brittany and staff are very prompt and efficient. I booked 1 day prior and everything went smooth. We were given great information about the rv and good tips for using it correctly. The RV was as advertised and was clean and ready to use. Ran great. Everything worked great. We will definitely rent from Brittany again. Very nice people.

Excellent weekend at Sebastian Inlet SP, easy process, very convenient with the drop off and pick up. The trailer was easy to figure, no questions or concerns. Would absolutely do this again.
