I recommend this great mobile home to everyone. Even a beginner can do camping with this RV. You will feel safe and secure. Raymond is a great host. Very nice and kind person. Thank you so much for the opportunity to experience our great Banff and Jasper adventure.

Overall a great unit to rent for your trip. Raymond was prompt in responding, Flexible with check-in & check-out times considering we had a toddler & newborn with us. Easy to use. The daily travel included is 125km per day and not miles as advertised which makes a bit of difference - host’s description could mention this so it’s not misleading. The bathroom was a little stinky so we kept the door closed at all times but it was not a major issue for us. Host charged us $35 for a door hinge damage which was actually just wear & tear so we believe the charge was unfair.

Majid, thank you for taking the time to post a review of your experience. I am glad to see that all in all it was a positive trip. If you look on my listing page under "pricing, you will see that mileage charges are in Kilometers and any overage is listed in Kilometers. Below that for service delivery, it is shown in miles, however, this is not a service you used. I am aware that some of Outdoorsy's paperwork talks about miles, but you have to refer to the specific RV that you are renting.

Raymond is a perfect host! He made sure we knew and understood everything we needed before we left, patient and didn't mind answering any questions we had ,also very flexible.....
This RV is beautiful, really cozy , comfortable bed ,lots of room ,lovely design, and storage for a smaller motorhome.
Runs great! had no problems! Excellent all the way!
Also has all supplies ,everything you would need for your special trip!

It was one of our best experience. Raymond was superb host. Timely communication and great support showing everything that I needed to know as a first time RV user. Kids had fun and as did we seeing them happy.
