The owner of the car very enthusiastically told me about the various functions of the RV, which was undoubtedly a huge help to me as a first-time renter of an RV. The inside of the car was clean and tidy, and the kitchen utensils were complete, which made me feel extremely comfortable during this trip.

I’ve rented RVs in the past, this has been the best by far, listening is accurate everything works as it should. Would definitely book again. Took RV to Texas and had no issues.

Super easy and friendly! Provided good directions and was accommodating on pick up and drop off. Available for information as needed. The rig is super comfortable and had all of the needed amenities and then some! Would highly recommend!

The RV was amazing! Yani was available anytime we had questions and was very flexible with us. The bed was so comfortable! Our family had an amazing time.

Yani & Shawn were such great hosts! They made sure the RV was clean, we understood everything about the RV. It was in great condition and ran beautifully. The RV is in tip top shape! No issues to speak of!

Yani was a great host, & was able to accommodate us last minute. She went over all the details on how to work everything, and was responsive to any questions we had on the road. The RV was very clean inside and out, & even had a few of the basic necessities we needed for our trip. We enjoyed our trip very much, this RV was perfect for our family.

Our previous RV got cancelled at the last minute, super thankful that Yani and her husband were willing to take our urgent booking, they made this trip wonderful!
Quick and efficient communication. All equipments are clean and like brand new. They made sure we know how to use everything before they leave, and a friendly checking in on the next day. Recommend everyone to book RV from Yani, will definitely book from them again!!!

This could have been a 5 Star Experience...NEGATIVES: With 4 people, planning on using all 3 beds, we were surprised to see that there was no bedding provided (aside from light blankets and 1 comforter) for the 2nd & 3rd beds. The thin, cold, cushions that served as the mattress she told me, they lay on 'as is' or 'throw a towel down', so I had to provide my own padded bottom layer, bottom sheet, top sheet (for beds 2 & 3) and additional warm comforters for all 3 beds, as it's cold/winter time. We found all of that was MUCH NEEDED. There are a few other things I brought for convenience such as 2 small trash cans (for the main area and bathroom, which was key! Trash bags were provided, but nowhere to put them. Bringing your own Paper Plates is also recommended because there is 1 set of 4 Plastic ones, but no one wants to constantly wash dishes on your trip. (Would have earned 4th Star if complete bedding was provided for all 3 beds).Lastly, we exercised extreme care and followed all instructions to a 'T' extending and retracting the awning that we only used once for a few hours. We had no issues with it at all and left a 6" overhang, as instructed. The winds were harsh that night, so we retracted the awning, just to be safe. Upon Pick Up, Yani said something wasn't right with the awning flap and although she & Outdoorsy have said that they don't think I did anything wrong in handling the awning and the weather is most likely to blame, she filed a claim against me to be liable for any costs associated with fixing it. I have spent hours on the phone with my Insurance company, prepping and sending photos, videos & statements over this. Our trip itself was wonderful and seamless, so having to deal with this has soured my whole RV Rental experience, unfortunately. (This lost the 5th Star for me.)

Thank you very much for your honest and sincere feedback and review. We value all our clients opinion. We are sorry that we couldn’t provide a 5 star user experience for your trip. We did try our best to provide as much amenities and accessories for our clients without charging extra. We have heater in the RV, but we also provided two extra blankets and one extra comforter in the cabinet for you to use in the cold winter. That was warm enough for us even in a place with temperature below zero.

Yani and Sean were absoluty amazing to work with, they are wonderful and kind. They respond immediately to any and all questions or concerns we had within minutes of sending a text. Truly awesome hosts. Outdoorsy is lucky to have owners like the "Zhangs" on their site. The RV was super clean and felt like home for the weekend when we were camping. I would contact them again when we plan our next trip because they are fantastic to work with.
