We have an OK experience on this trip. The rental process through Outdoorsy was very easy and the delivery and return process went without hiccups. However, at the time of delivery, the RV had notable damage to the main storage compartment (which was sealed with duct tape), the awing did not work, and the condition of the tires was less than desirable which lead to a blowout in the middle of a rural highway. All other things worked well and my family had a great time during our trip.
