This was our first time using Outdoorsy. There were a couple of challenges using the app, but the support was fantastic. My perspective was was that the process was very rigid, but after getting to know our host I realized how to make it all work better. The next time will be even better based on this knowledge. We will definitely rent again, Kiah and Charles are great to work with.

This is a first time using an RV for myself and my wife.
The owners went through the operation of the RV when we picked up.
Operation is very easy due to so many items being automatic or powered.
Self leveling, electric trailer jack, electric awnings, electric slides.
This is a beautiful RV and we had a wonderful time.
I highly recommend renting this unit from Kiah.

We had a really good experience with the rv and owners,real nice good folks,friendly and easy to communicate with, they delivered it to our site set it all up for us,and then came and I got it again. Would definitely rent it again...
