4.7Chi è Jason Parmley
My name is Jason, the owner of this 2015 Salem Hemisphere Lite travel trailer. My wife, Elizabeth, and I purchased this trailer to live in it in 2016 but we ended up buying a house after owning it only three months. The trailer had everything we needed for a long stay but I was getting ready to retire from the Navy and now our trailer is for our renters to enjoy. Besides from renting our trailer, I have patented designs for desk Lamps with an interesting look. Between renting our trailer and designing lamps keeps me busy after my retirement. We don't have kids, unfortunately, but we do spoil our nieces and nephews. We got exactly what we were looking for in a trailer. It has a spacious living area and a kitchen island and a tall ceiling while taking a shower. Our trailer does not look big from the outside but as soon as you walk in it is very spacious and very comfortable with tons of storage. We have tent camped since childhood and love camping as adults, except this kind of camping is on a whole new level. It's just like home away from home except our neighbors keep changing. We hope you have a good time during your stay and if there is anything we can do to make it more enjoyable please let us know.

Plenty of storage space in the bedroom and living room.
The built-in vacuum made clean up a breeze. Overall, great trailer for a family of 5 adults.
I recommend Jason for your camping needs.

As for Eulander's review, if she would have read the rules regarding Security Deposits then she would have known that I have 2 days to make a claim and 7 days to claim partial, all, and/or more up to the deductible of insurance. Thats if I found something wrong after our post camping joint inspection. In this case, the dump fee was already paid for. The problem was when I got home i parked and immediatly started dumping the waist tanks. While dumping, I was having problems with the black tank to drain. After 2 days of doing multiple tank flushes and multiple pans of boiling hot water poured into the toilet i was still having problems. I put a boroscope down the toilet and found a loosely waded up aluminum foil piece inside the tank and was near the black tank drain. That's when i immediatly notified Eulander and Outdoorsy. The next day I was able to retrieve the aluminum foil and removed a couple of wipes and what looked like thick paper towels just clogging the tank. On day 3 I was able to get the black tank to fill and drain and now showing correct quantity on the indicator panel. I couldn't prove that it was their intentional doing so I informed her and Outdoorsy and released her security deposit. Not once did I do anything of wrong doing to Eulander and her family except being to generous. I could have taken her entire deposit, if I would have taken it to a repair facility or just charged her for the many hours i spent troubleshooting it. She does not know how to take care of other people's property even when everything is explained and backed up by what is written in the contract. She even tried to blame me because her food spoiled, that she had in the refrigerator because she didnt put fuel in the generator. I even brought her an extra tank of gas for it at no extra charge. She called me twice the first night telling me the generator quit running and wouldn't start. The gas can had the directions on it on how to open the safety gaurd for the gas can spout to be able to pour the gas. She also managed to drain down the almost new 12 volt battery. The next day I went there and poured the gas (the same gas can I gave them the day before) into the generator and it started right up. I was very thorough on how things worked in our trailer and tried to ensure they all had a great glamping experience prior to me handing over the keys. Just some people should just stick to good old tent camping. I am glad she doesn't want to rent from me anymore and hopefully she doesn't get approved to rent from anyone else either. To all the owners beware of shady people and always communicate through their system. To all my future renters, it's ok if you are new to renting an RV or new to dry camping. Just let the owners know so we can make sure that everything is explained to you. We can't take for granted that everyone knows how things work including getting gas to come out of a gas can!

Main bed, to small and short for 2 adults, I had to sleep corner to corner to fit. 2nd sleeping area is a blow up bed too big to fit in a pull out couch had to be deflated to fit and was to uncomfortable to sleep on.
Grey water backed up on first day in sink, grey water would not drain
Was charged extra for ?, I was told the extra charge was for Jason draining the black tank, that I already drained.
I rent trailers for all my outings and this is the first WELL DESERVED review,
I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS TRAILER OR DOING BUSINESS WITH THE OWNER.
