Trailer was in great shape and worked very well for our trip. Jie is easy to deal with and location is very convenient for us to drop-off and pick-up. Will be looking to rent again in the future with Jie.

Very disappointed as we had high expectations booking this same trailer for second time this year .
Floors were very dirty and the sinks stank like sewer every time water was turned on .
