Renting from Christina was a great experience! She had lots of recommendations to help me plan my trip, always available, responsive, and helpful to any question. I did a solo trip for 2 weeks with my dog and she made sure to set us up well so that me and my dog had the best trip ever!

Yes, I too highly recommend this van!
It's newer van with all the safety & convenience features. It has been upgraded with good all-terrain tires & wheels. It drove smoothly and quietly on the interstate between Richmond & Charlottesville; and on winding country roads. When I drove on a gravel Forest Service road, I found the height of the blue step stool (see pics) is about an inch less then the ground clearance of the van. I used that as a good visual reminder while navigating a few rutted spots on the Forest Service road.I was on a solo trip for 5 nights around Nelson County, south of Charlottesville. The weather was mild for February and I camped at a winery (thru Harvest Hosts); Devils Backbone Camp (next to their brewery); and dispersed camping up in the George Washington National Forest (leave no trace). Christina's cassette toilet worked well & was helpful for the middle of the night as the pit toilet at the Natl. Forest was closed for the winter. Christina included a small four piece fire pit that is easy to assemble. (see pics)Christina was a joy to work with. Thoughtful, helpful and responded promptly to any messages.
The fixed bed allowed a lot of extra storage underneath. Plenty of storage in the upper cabinets for food & clothing. The fridge fit all my cold food. The sink worked great with 30 gallons of fresh water. The water lasted my whole trip for making coffee, doing dishes & washing hands. I was able to dump the cassette toilet & refill the water tank at Devils Backbone Campground just prior to returning the van. This van was a great way to "test drive" van life.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! :)This was my first time doing anything like this, and it was a great experience! Christina was a fabulous host; she was communicative, supportive, and encouraging every step of the way. She answered all my questions and went above and beyond to ensure I had the best trip possible. My cat came with me and she was so kind to accommodate him as well. She made sure I had everything I needed and even hooked me up with one of her favorite places to stay! The van is awesome. It’s a 2022 Promaster so it’s very new and in great shape. And it drives like a DREAM! You hardly realize you’re driving a big vehicle. The living space is very pretty and has all the essentials while keeping it simple. Plenty of storage throughout. The only issue I ran into was some trouble with the heater. Christina was super responsive and did what she could to help from afar; she even paid for a portable heater so we could keep warm.I highly recommend booking with Christina!! Thanks so much for an amazing week!! :)
