Chi è Alex Banks

Hello! We are the Banks family and we are lucky enough to call the beautiful Central Coast of California home. We love to camp around our local area and when we purchased our first trailer in 2020 we decided that we wanted to share the wonders of our beautiful home with others. We have a two young children aged 8 and 11 who love camping as much as we do and we have done our best to make our trailer family friendly with games and movies our kids enjoy. We also have a 1 year old French bulldog who goes everywhere with us and we know the value that our furry friends add to our lives so we wanted a space where our guests can bring their companions along as well. We strive to make every guest that rents from us feel right at home when renting and we are happy to provide recommendations for family friendly activities, great dining, hiking or anything else our guests are looking for while visiting this beautiful area. We hope you choose us to help make your trip a memorable one! :)

Our family had such a nice trio with this trailer. It was very spacious. Everything worked great. No problems at all! Working with Alex was very easy. Any questions I had were answered in a timely manner, with great communication. We will definitely rent from them next year!

Alex was very very helpful
I thought we we're having an issue with the refrigerator
I called him and he was there in less than 5 min
He checked everything out and explained what to expect within an hour
The refrigerator was fine
I was worried at first but he explained everything to me very clearly

It was a great experience overall the trailer was very clean and Alex and his wife are very sweet and very easy to work with the only problem was ants and that was nothing to their fault. It was the campsite.

The camper was the perfect size for us. Everything that we needed was there. The beds were comfortable.

The RV has everything you will need and more!!! There are so many cute touches everywhere.The Bluetooth did not work very well at Lopez lake because of Verizon’s cell service. Also Lopez lake full hook up is not enough amp for a/c so the owner told us we could not use , if we did and it broke we would be responsible for repairs. It was pretty hot there for me ( I live in Pismo ). The event is immaculate, Mayer bed was very comfortable. The bunk beds was like sleeping on cement. Needs better mattresses on the bunk beds. Owners had everything all set up before we arrived. Very timely delivery and pick up service.

Thank you for your understanding about the low amperage at the site Rose, we apologize that it was not able to support the A/C unit, in the future we recommend securing a site that has 30+ amp utilities. The bunk bed mattresses are a special size that are hard to find anything other than the pads that are on them, the majority of the time children use them an we have had no complaints.

Overall, great rental experience. RV was very nice - clean, well-maintained and well-stocked. Alex (RV owner) was responsive whenever we had a question and was flexible when we need to work out the check-out time due to weather issues. Would definitely rent again.

We really enjoyed renting Alex’s camper as a family of 4! It’s very clean and well equipped. Our kids loved the bunks and the mattress was comfortable also. Excellent communication and they were accommodating as we moved our original campsite to a different location. All around a great experience!

Alex's RV was exactly as advertised and truly had everything you needed. He and his wife were extremely easy to work with. Both delivery/setup and pickup were smooth, quick, and efficient. The layout of this camper feels more spacious than others we're familiar with. I liked the larger bathroom area and the openness of the central area. Our daughter of course loved the bunk beds. We would definitely rent from Alex and his family again.

We had an excellent trip with Alex's camper. It was so nice to arrive to everything set up, clean, and ready to go. There was an electrical issue that came up and Alex was so persistent in fixing it. He was responsive and super easy to work with. The trailer itself was nicely stocked, including camping chairs and a mat. The bunks were fun for the kids and there was plenty of space for us. If we find ourselves out that way again, we would love to rent from him again!
