I had a last minute request and Jacob was quick to respond and get the RV ready to go in a few hours. He was super knowledgeable about where things where and quick to respond when I had questions while on the trip. Can't recommend him enough as a host. The rv honestly felt like it had never been used before it was so clean. Highly recommend.
