Loved the trailer and the setup service. Josh is a very nice guy. Very comfortable stay. However, the generator which we paid extra for never worked and my refund request has been ignored. We are also being asked to pay for repairs for a shock absorber that did not work and a shelf edge that fell off and that I nailed back in place. Ruined what was a good trip.

I bought a brand new generator for their vacation. It gave me issues out of the box as I went to return it. I gave them a refund for the generator. Although they broke a shock and ripped a shelf off the wall and tried nailing it back together and did a very poor job. The cost of the shelf and the shock went way over the cost of the $80 generator fee. I could have charged him more on this issue. Instead I asked him to break even and we will just charge $80 for the broken items. I’m not sure how you rent someone’s stuff, break it, then complain about it. I do not want your business if you act this way. Thank you
