When we got the rv the owner tells us that the shower door needs repaired. The entire trip the door was falling off made the shower unusable. Screens broken falling off the window The passenger mirror is ducked taped on and unable to move it. I could not not see out of the passenger side. The bed kept falling in. And over all Cleanliness was not acceptable, we had to clean the entire thing before we used it. The front end vibrates, the brakes are going out. Is a very old used RV should not be rented.

This is the first I have heard of anything like this! I worked with the renter and things seemed fine. I confronted them about a broken Switch to the generator and I could have withheld their deposit because of this unexplained damage. But I did NOT, and gave them their full deposit back. They seem to be forceful uncareful people as I had to spend many hours fixing broken things reinforcing them for other renters. The mirror still can be used and is scheduled for repairs as soon as possible. The shower door has already been replaced.

Rv was great. Thermostat or furnace needs some attn as wouldn’t stay on at lower temps. Alec was very Accomodations g and helpful. Rv was set up nicely and cleaned. Would recommend

Thank you for your review. For future guests reading this, the RV does need to have the generator running or connected to power otherwise the furnace shuts off automatically after 2 hours. A new thermostat was recently put in.

Took the RV up to Glacier National Park, had a great time with the family. Host was awesome and was available to call at any time. RV ran great and was comfortable. Would definitely book again!

Alec was patient with All of my pre-booking questions and very helpful. The rv is clean and runs well. Very user friendly. We will for sure be renting from Alec again! Highly recommend!!

The RV worked out great for our needs. I think the best thing was working with Alec to make the whole rental as smooth as possible. He was great to communicate with beforehand to sort various details out and was super helpful in getting oriented to the RV.
