We did not have a good experience with Claudia Popescu. The camper arrived and her and her husband set it up in our driveway. we were only using it for extra sleeping for our guests. We had 2 families with young children who were going to stay in the camper. The air conditioner DID NOT WORK! WHEN THE HUSBAND SHOWED US HOW TO TURN IT ON HER LEFT IT ON FOR UNDER 1 MIN. He then said it was fine and left. When we went to turn in on the next morning it would not stay on. It was 95-98 degrees and we needed air conditioning. When we called then they sent a heating and air guy to us and he didn't do anything. They blamed it on us and said it was our fault for having the wrong hook up. We called our certified electrician and he came and confirmed everything on our end was fine and the the host bought a cheap Amazon adaptor that was faulty. When we called Claudia she said oh well you can come to my house (a 40 min drive) and pick up a portable air conditioning unit. But offered nothing else in anyway to fix their problem. We had to go and BUY a portable unit at a cost of $499.00 to cool the camper so the children would be able to be in there. This was a nightmare and I would NEVER use them again as a host. I would NEVER RECOMEND THEM EITHER. Be careful of these people

Claudia and Nick were very flexible and helpful with the pickup and drop off. Everything was perfect! Super nice camper, everything was clean, communication was instant. I Would rent from them again. Highly recommend!!!
