Overall, very pleased with the RV and its overall condition it wasn’t as clean as anticipated upon pick up but a sweep and wipe down it was good to go.

Our RV had multiple problems. Both refrigerators had mold in them. There were dried boogers next to the table, the outdoor kitchen had a can of oven cleaner that had completely discharged, we had to clean it up also. 4 of us spent an hour cleaning before we could load our stuff up. I put tape on a handle that was split, now they want to charge me to replace it. After we set up we checked black water and it said 2/3 full. Savanna didn't tell us it wasn't working until I asked about it on return. This was a MAJOR inconvenience. The oven had grease on it and a burner on the stove was broken. The handle for the black water tank was completely unscrewed and about to fall off, the master bed was horribly uncomfortable, there was hair in the bathtub, the door stuck and was very hard to open. Definitely not as clean as advertised.

Very nice travel trailer that met our needs. Savanna was very helpful and a courteous host throughout the rental process.
