Let me preface this review that I have used Outdoorsy two other times and had a great experience both times.This was a horrible experience and because of this recent experience I will never use Outdoorsy again. While the host had the camper plugged in to cool off the camper and the slide pulled out, she led me to believe the camper was already to go and the camper had been properly dewinterized. However, once we drove almost 7 hours to our campsite in upper WI, we tried to stabilize the trailer with the scissor jacks. We quickly found out that one of those was rusted and ultimately failed. Ok so now we are dealing with a lop sided camper for 4 days, which felt unsafe and inconvenient. Moving on, we decided it was time to load our stuff in this unstable camper. Now I knew there needed to be some additional sweeping that needed to happen, and I am not sure what everyone’s definition of clean is, but every surface required us to swipe down and remove a significant layer of dirt. Here is just an example of the host idea of clean, there was literally feces all under the rim of the toilet. Does anyone ever think to check the toilet ring to ensure there is no fecal matter? So after doing the host job , which cost me $100 prep fee, we were ready for bed and went to brush our teeth. The smell that ensued from the sink was so wretched that we ended up using bottled water and quit using the sinks all together. Little did we know the tank had not been properly drained and therefore the smell so horrendous we had to open the windows and spray bathroom spray to cover the stench.
So now we are all plugged in and now just waiting for the refrigerator to get cold or in this case work. It never did. We even had other campers look at the issue and could not figure out what the issue was. Ok one more problem. At this point we are extremely frustrated and exhausted.
We ultimately decided to cut our trip short from 4 days to just 2 days.
Not to mention the host was ready to call the police because I was busy showering, breaking down camp, and dumping tanks and was too busy to even look at my cellphone. I finally looked at my phone as we were leaving for home and noticed multiple text messages and phone calls. Upon answering one of these calls I was then questioned as to whether we had her camper in our possession. I was getting spam calls left and right only to learn that REI Lindley is really Outdoorsy recovery unit thinking I had stolen the trailer. So we spent 7 hours driving with my anxiety level so high I was ready to cry at any moment.

Townsend. Sorry you had such a horrific experience. You told me when you returned the RV "You don't have to give me a full refund". It appears from your contact with me, you were having a hard time leveling the RV and had someone else help you, thus the stabilizer leg was bent on return. Not sure where you tried to park. I took the RV to a repair shop with the thought that my RV fridge wasn't working and to fix the stabilizer jack. Come to find out the slide was damaged BUT the fridge was working. There were also flees in the RV. I informed Kramers Kampers that they did not De-Winterized the rig and it cost me money. They had no response. I paid $552.00 to get it everything in order and fixed. I don't know what happen to your other rentals with Outdoorsy but don't blame them. Because you complained about my rig so much and did not return it, I was concerned. I called Outdoorsy and they stated I could call the police but we didn't know where you were. I did not call the police. Neither Outdoorsy nor I, heard from you. I finally received your response that you had my rig in your possession. This rental was very stressful for us with the constant complaining when the you just needed to run the water till the smell went away and the RV needed to be on level ground for the fridge to work.

AC was a huge benefit since we camped when it was 100 degrees. Host was always available if we had questions. Great rental. Would use same one again. Camper was clean and worked perfectly.
