Samantha was a little slow with the communication leading up to our departure, but when she did answer, she provided all of the info needed.
The camper was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We did have a few minor issues, but they did not impact our trip and when we notified the hosts, they were quick to respond.
I did offer some feedback to make it a little easier for next renter, they were happy to receive it.
I would rent from them again!

Samantha needs to provide detailed written instructions on basics such as 1) how to open the door (it sticks), 2) how to turn on the water (valve under bed was turned off), 2) how to use the hot water (instead of looking under the bed again, we returned the camper early). The grey water tank was fairly full when we rented the camper, perhaps adding to the awkward drive-ability. And Samantha might have provided some toilet paper and salt that wasn’t rock hard. On the positive side, the bed was comfy.

The camper was brand new and it had everything we needed! Dee was super nice and explained everything.
