Phillip is great! He's an outstanding communicator and did everything possible to make our trip perfect. Pick up was a breeze. Phillip had everything ready to go when we arrived and he even included a couple goodies to make our trip more enjoyable...nice touch! We were a couple hours late returning the trailer; Phillip was gracious and flexible. (I might have been a little miffed if the tables were turned).We towed the trailer with a 6 cylinder Jeep Grand Cherokee and didn't experience any problems. The trailer was heavy enough to let us know there was something behind us, but not so heavy that it impeded our mobility. We had to navigate about two miles of relatively steep lightly rutted dirt road to get to our camp site from the paved road. The high ground clearance and all terrain tires of the E-Pro preformed like a champ, and again, it was light enough that our Jeep GC had no problem.
