First time using Outdoorsy and Angel made it a great experience. Our rental was scheduled for the week after Hurricane Milton hit Angel's home, which was an excavation zone. Angel made sure to clearly communicate and even helped move our pickup time up to accommodate our trip, all while he was still without power in his home.

This vehicle is very poorly built has no entertainment or WiFi whatsoever and fell apart at every juncture which the owner held me responsible for. Not only did I have to put over 1000k dollars (sewer and water pipes not provided, speakers cause the entertainment didn’t work and a tire that blew out on the highway cause it was dangerously installed wrong according to the tech etc) into the rig as it fell apart on our and wrecked my mums bucket list trip. Upon return a bunch of lies were told to charge my cc more and even though I paid 2k dollars for outdoorsy insurance they are now after mine for the lies… stay away!

Raymond promised me when I gave him my new 2024 sprinter that he was an experienced truck driver and an avid outdoorsy renter. He was knowledgeable on how to drive the vehicle. This renter scratched and dented the top and sides of the exterior of the vehicle which multiple videos and pictures show the damage. Seems that his driving skills were less than par for a vehicle this nice. Lost equipment that connects to my vehicle most likely due to driving recklessly. Got a flat and broken glass on the windshield yet it’s my vehicles fault? That doesn’t make sense? Will be going after this guy 1000% for all the damage he’s caused on my vehicle. This driver also received infractions by the city for recklessness (I have proof)…But rest assured it will be ready to rent again and it will be just like new as the day I received it. You live and learn as you go and boy have I learned with this renter.

Awesome rig! Angel and his wife were super helpful and communicative throughout the process. I highly recommend this coach - our clients loved it.
