FILTHY and disgusting RV, with a host to match. I drove 3 hours to pickup this RV after having multiple phone calls with host to be sure of what I was renting because he uses stock photos in his listing. I arrived to an RV that was missing 2 ceiling fan screens, missing window screen, broken window screen, missing door screen, missing ladder, grey/black tank sensors not working, absolutely filthy, hairs all over shower, shower curtain barely functions, dirty toilet, dirty fridge, dirty microwave, all surfaces dirty, filth in every crevice. Truly looks like it is never cleaned beyond maybe sweeping the big stuff out. Smelled overwhelmingly STRONG of air fresheners and other gross synthetic/chemical fragrances. I told him in advance I could not tolerate those smells, he said he didn't use that stuff even though there were cans of air freshener under sink when I arrived. Made me nauseous and headache. I took the RV for 17 minutes before I decided I could not continue with the rental. I called host and parked it where he told me to park it. He said he'd call Outdoorsy about a refund. In the end he decided NO REFUND so I'm out $1507 for 17 minutes (and a 10 hour day driving there and back). Alex is a real piece of work, and so is his RV.

Alex was really great. The Delano was a perfect size for the trip we took. Had everything we needed and more. The tv and the wifi came in very handy to sneak in a little work time during some down time. Alex was super helpful and answered any questions I had right away.

This was our first time to Rv. Alex was very responsive and helpful with all our questions. He kept saying it was easy and intuitive and he was right. Rv was in great condition. Surprisingly we figured everything out and even boondocked one night. Would rent from Alex again.
