Wayne was great to rent from. Very responsive, great detail for every part of the RV, well stocked and perfect for our family if 5 to visit the Smokey’s! RV drives really smooth, handled hills well. Would highly recommend renting from him!

The host Wayne was extremely kind and pleasant to deal with. However, for a premium price, this was not a premium product. In general, the interior was in poor repair. When we initially picked it up, I had to go in and thoroughly clean the camper. Dog hair and food all over from previous renters. The bathroom mirror fell off the wall because it wasn't mounted properly prior to us leaving. Multiple lights didn't work. There were no instructions on how to operate tv's. When we reached out, he sent the same incomplete instructions he had given us in printed form when we picked up the camper. None of the external storage compartments had working locks, and every door had broken latches. Luckily, we stayed in a secure campground. It's obvious his intentions are good, but our expectations weren't met for the price we paid.

This review is a surprise. I’m sorry about your experience. I always strive to provide a great experience for every guest. Unfortunately, the previous renter used the spare tire before your booking, which we discussed at departure. For your safety, I replaced all six factory tires with new high-end Michelin tires before your rental. I also had the brakes and other components inspected. Prioritizing safety, I canceled the reservation before yours to complete this maintenance, which left us short on time. As a result, the cleaner rushed and didn't extend the slides. That was my oversight, and I sincerely apologize. We could have worked something out had you communicated how unhappy you were during the rental or even at drop-off.

We had a fantastic journey to Yellowstone and the Grand Canyon and back to MN. The RV was clean, stocked and handled the mountain curves with ease! We had a epic trip with no issues with the RV. Wayne was great to talk with in prep and followup.

Wayne was a very thorough and friendly host. He went through everything so that we had an easy trip and knew how to work everything in the RV. He answered all of our questions right away and was flexible when we needed to change the date and also the pick up time.

We did a 2500 mile trip out west...this was the perfect RV for my husband and I and 2 dogs to travel in ...Wayne was the perfect host and was available for any questions we had!!

We rented this RV for 11 days. It was a very new RV and was very clean. The inside had nice bedding and the hosts stocked everything that a person might need for a road trip. Nice dishes, cleaners, toilet paper, silverware, nice lawn chairs, first aid kit, etc… Just to name a few!!
This was our 2nd time renting an RV and this RV was very easy to drive and use all of its features. It also had tons of storage and cabinets to fit everything we needed to bring.
One small note- make sure the fridge & freezer door r latched/locked before u drive. We had the doors fly open and dump everything inside out many times.
The only other issue we had was the awning wasn’t working which we really needed due to rain. We informed our hosts of the issue immediately and he was very apologetic. He was more than accommodating regarding the awning issue and he was willing to compensate for our troubles by offering a credit which we appreciated.
Overall I’d definitely recommend renting this RV and it’s hosts. They were great!!
