Our recent RV rental experience, unfortunately, fell far short of expectations. While the RV itself was in good condition, the interactions with the owners were deeply unsettling.1) Communication Issues: Initially, the owners were responsive through the app, but they often failed to address my specific questions. Oddly, they became quite aggressive and hostile over simple details, such as the name of the park. Having owned RVs in the past, I chose not to engage and figured I could handle things on my own.2) Drop-Off Issues: The owners had dropped off RVs at this park before, and I paid them $1,000 for a three-day rental. Despite living locally and being familiar with the setup, they were visibly upset when they encountered a line of other RVs upon arrival, even though they had dealt with this same situation the previous year. I found myself apologizing for something beyond my control.3) Family Event: We rented the RV for a wedding and were traveling with our 4-month-old baby. A key detail for families considering this kind of rental.4) Challenging for First-Time RV Renters: If you’re unfamiliar with RVs, this rental would likely be overwhelming. The lack of guidance from the owners made it difficult to navigate the setup.5) Hostility at Pickup: Upon picking up the RV, the owners once again exhibited hostile and aggressive behavior. Despite there being ample space for them to maneuver, they chose to cause a scene, yelling and behaving in a way that unsettled not only us but also others in the vicinity.Overall, while the RV itself was fine, the unprofessionalism and hostile attitude of the owners turned what should have been a smooth, enjoyable experience into a stressful ordeal. I cannot recommend this rental and would advise others to proceed with caution.
