Dec 3, 2024, 22:36 CSTHere is a partial summary of what we experienced. Tanner stated the pickup needed to be at 7 am in Mesa as he had to get to work. I left Flagstaff at 4:00 A.M. so as not to make you late. Upon arriving we walked around the exterior and I pointed out numerous scratches, cracked fender flares, etc, an while outside I asked for instructions on how to extend the awning and was I told the awning was busted and could not be used. I expressed my concern as we needed the shade for my wife and grandkids. I asked if we needed to make a written list of damages and Tanner said no that he was already aware of all the issues. When entering the trailer it was noted the screen door and front door was damaged and could not be secured open. Once inside things got worse as the trailer batteries were dead and he could not demonstrate any trailer functions, and would need time to go and try and find batteries. I left and went to breakfast. Once he located new batteries he called and I returned to watch him do the installation. The interior went from bad to worse as I informed Tanner the trailer was really dirty, and abused. When he tried to show me how the rear beds fold into couches he couldn’t do it as the support leg was broken off and he tried to hold in place until the weight of couch propped it up. Tanner knew the busted bed legs were a concern for me and this was when I also noted the TORN FABRIC in several areas under the upper bed (we have a video and you can see the fabric flapping) and your response was yeah I know. It was dry rotted as I touched it tore even larger while Tanner was right there. Tanner stated the fresh water was completely full and black water reading was false as he said a piece of toilet paper must be stuck causing a false reading. I took Tanner at his word only to find out as we setup dry camp area our family checked water tank level and told me it was only 1/3 full. My son and his family ran out of water 2 days into our trip, miscellaneous parts missing for the patio fencing were found in kitchen drawers, the privacy door for the bathroom was completely missing which made us at the last minute have to secure additional accommodations since 2 families were sharing. My wife and I never spent a night in the trailer. We spent the 1st day of our trip just cleaning as the entire trailer was filthy. The rear door could not be opened at the exterior of the trailer and if we didn't have our grandkids with us to climb over our Can Am we would not have been able to open, which is also a huge safety hazard. This trailer was a absolute disappointment. We will share all the photos to you as well as video showing the rear bed underside flapping in the breeze as we load our Can Am. Look at upper left side of the bed as this was what I pointed out to Tanner upon pickup. This is our 1st time using Outdoorsy and completely dissatisfied in this experience. This host trying to steal $350 for something he was well aware of. I have sent messages Tanner in regards to this false claim with no response. I also am noe requesting $750 refund for such a horrible rental experience. I hope to hear from your management at Outdoorsey RV soon regarding this matter, Thank you
