I don't understand the bad review 😕 damage was done during your rental period and has to be repaired. I'm sorry that is upsetting. Going offroading, there's always a risk of damage

I went on a camping trip that I go on every year with my church. And was very impressed with the trailer. It was very clean and Michael was extremely helpful and dropped off right on time and picked up right on time as well. I was extremely skeptical about renting through Outdoorsy because of the last experience I had but my confidence has been restored after this experience.

Michael was great to work with! Fast communication and went out of his way to reschedule an appointment to make the trailer available to us. The trailer itself was perfect! Extremely clean and user friendly. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a high quality rental experience!
