We chose this van because it’s not only easy to drive but also perfect for parking anywhere, giving us the freedom to embrace every new destination. !!! BEWARE!!! - The vehicle itself is great, but not the experience with the owner. He reported “scratches and a dent” damage after returning the vehicle, claiming my $750 security deposit and filing and insurance claim, involving Outdoorsy support, dispute agents, and two insurance companies (ongoing). I am hoping to update the review with final resolution, but from what it looks atm the insurance claim is unjustified and there won’t be any coverage.

Great van, no issues at all. Loved the pop up roof. Everything worked great for our 4 day trip to the coast. Would definitely rent again ! Steffen made the process easy

we had a wonderful time! the van had everything we needed as a family of 3, including our 4 year old. loved all the dad-friendly things Steffen equipped the van with. pop-top was a super hit. everything was functional and clean.

Steffen was amazing. He taught us everything we needed to know and was very patient with my two little ones. The camper van was well stocked which we did not expect at all and his tips and advice helped make this a trip of a lifetime for us! Would absolutely use again if we ever come this way. He responded quickly to every question we had and helped find solutions to any issues we encountered.

Had a wonderful time in Vinney. My first experience since childhood of using a campervan and this was a terrific way to start. The van had everything I needed. Steffen was a terrific host, very responsive before and during my rental when I had “how to questions”. He did a great initial intro as well. I felt well prepared to start my adventure. Thank you Steffen.

My wife, daughter and I had a wonderful week-long road trip through far-north California with Vinny. Wife said that she has never slept so well on a camping trip and we got to see great parts of the state together! Our daughter loved sleeping in the van and you could easily fit another kiddo.
This van is a great vehicle for family travel, Steffen was super easy to work with and we would definitely plan another trip with Vinny.

Steffan was great, he's super nice to work with, good communication and flexible. Vinny is clean, very nice interior, well kept and beautiful. I love the spaciousness. She is also easy to drive around. Overall, I had a good experience and would definitely work with Steffan again.
