The owner of the RV filed a bogus claim against us for $200 for a string that came undone on the night shade. We never touched the window shade once during our trip and a day after we return it we have a claim against us to get it fixed. We are 100% confident we did not cause this issue.

I’m sorry you feel the claim was unfair. I’m equally confident the damage to the blind wasn’t present before your trip, as it would’ve been noticeable during our tour. I chose the lowest end of the repair estimate as a hopeful compromise.
