It was my first time using an RV and Matt gave me a walkthrough and made my one night trip to Cle elum quite simple. My corgi loved having the extra room!

Matt was a great host, had excellent communication with us. We had an issue with the AC functioning while using the generator which seemed to be an unknown issue prior to us leaving. He was very apologetic and we ended up needing to call support to help. Not having AC while parked was definitely not the highlight of our trip but the RV served us well otherwise. I am hopeful he will get it fixed and will probably not be an issue in the future for others.
