Kim & Ricardo were simply AMAZING! These two are probably the nicest people that you'll meet all year. They knew their RV inside and out, and patiently explain all the features and operating procedures to us before we departed. The RV was fully stocked with everything we could possibly have needed, and more. It was immaculate from ceiling to floor. They even prepared a goodie basket for us with some of the most awesome treats! During our trip we had a couple of questions, because we had forgotten some of the instructions. Kimberly immediately took our call and patiently explained what to do. How's that for peace of mind? The RV was in perfect condition and ran like a champ. We had a great, restive mini-vacation, and we have Kim and Ricardo to thank for that. Would not hesitate in the slightest to rent from them again. Highly recommend anyone reading this book their RV with Kim and Ricardo. Exceptionally nice people and the RV was everything that they promised. Could not be happier with the experience.
