Bob was absolutely fantastic. He was responsive, friendly and seemed genuinely committed to making our trip as perfect as possible. The RV was clean, well stocked and well maintained. Upon drop off he took the time to make sure we knew our way around and how everything worked.He was right on time for both pick-up and drop off, actually a few moments early to be sure we weren't waiting on him. His communication organizing both pick-up/drop off was easy and clear.Any questions we had were answered right away, even while he was out camping with his own family!! Bob even took the additional step to be sure he had someone available to come to our site just in case hands on help was needed.The whole experience was 100% made easy and fun with Bob's dedication as a host. This is a must if you are looking to rent a RV and it is available. 11/10
