I had the best experience with Brent and the trailer. I had the unfortunate news that a previous booking had to be canceled the day of pickup and need a replacement trailer to save our trip. I messaged Brent the morning of our departure and was amazing communication. Brent worked wonders to prep the trailer for pickup for us and save our vacation. The trailer has amazing, had everything we needed and more. The trailer is spacious with the big slide out yet not super heavy and easy to tow. Brent spent a lot of time with me going over everything and even checked in on us mid trip to make sure the experience was amazing. He owns the trailer and this isn’t some corporation that treats you like a number. Brent really did everything I could have asked to save our family vacation. Highly would recommend this trailer and Brent. I would rent from him again tomorrow!
