We had a wonderful experience renting Omar’s travel trailer. His communication and responsiveness was exceptional. The RV was in great condition and very well maintained. It exceeded our expectations and we thoroughly enjoyed our five days of RV camping with all the amenities provided with his coach. We especially enjoyed the island kitchen and fire feature in the main living area. The bunkhouse had plenty of room and the mattresses were very comfortable. Omar and his wife truly provided excellent customer service and we will definitely rent again from them in the future.

This RV was the cleanest we have rented and a perfect layout for our family of 5. The back room is great for the kids to have their own space. And the bed and pillows in the main bedroom were comfortable! Also the big loveseat was so cozy, and we happened to camp during a cold spell so we got to use the fireplace and it was so lovely. We did a stationary rental so didn’t have a need for some of the things, but Omar was so nice and professional, had everything ready and went over everything. Great communication as well. The only thing I would suggest to them and to other renters is to make sure you communicate about what supplies are included, because every RV is stocked differently, so you can be prepared to pack what is not included - especially if you’re in or going to a remote location!

Jose,You mentioned that your experience with the Snowbird rental was amazing, but unfortunately, your excitement was overshadowed on the return day due to damages caused by not following the proper steps. We provided you with the necessary tools, which you declined, stating that you were familiar with the process. Unfortunately, this resulted in damage to the rear left stabilizers from not using the required support. We were generous in charging only for the replacement part and not the full repair cost, which we have covered. Thank you for choosing us, and we kindly encourage you to follow the provided instructions in the future to avoid additional charge
