Hi, my name is Brandon I am married with kids, however I go camping a few times a year with my nieces which is why we own a large bunk house. First time using Outdoorsy to have a camper delivered and set up. The process was VERY easy, affordable, and convenient. Much better than competitors. Brandon was super great on communication. We ended up with a different (but similar) camper than listed, but it worked out ok. Did feel that the one we had was a bit too worn and minor things didn’t work correctly. Still a functional camper with cold AC. I liked having the clean linens be vacuum sealed in individual bags. And there was ample cleaning supplies provided. All in all a good experience.

Very easy to deal with, explained the entire RV experience to us , showed us how the RV operated was just a pleasure to rent from his RV was spacious clean and fun

Brandon's delivery and communication were outstanding. The 4 star rating is due to a couple small issues that the trailer itself had, one of which I had to repair myself during the trip. Overall very good trip and service provided by Brandon.
