Super fun trip! Expectations were exceeded. Good communication, efficient check in/out process and no problems with the fan. Able to take it to Lassen NP and had the best time with my husband. I’m sure plenty of room for 2 people. Would highly recommend. I would recommend only going about 1-2h from where you pick the van up since it is slower and takes longer to get to places.

Carlton and his Westfalia were both incredible. Carlton was easy to work with, detailed, had everything ready for us and clean at time of pickup, and had an easy return process. The van treated us well and had all of the essentials for a great trip. We did give the van plenty of breaks and took care to not overwork her on the trip which I’d recommend doing. Thanks for a great weekend, Carlton!

The van, Carlton and his wife Mika were all INCREDIBLE! The van ran perfectly, as advertised and I felt confident that if something did arise, I would have the support needed.

Great trip
No problem with the van. It’s old so set your expectations and A/C is out so it gets hot driving but VW vans were never know for their A/C quality. We had 4 people in Nevada City compliment the van, unsolicited. It’s definitely a vintage stick shift experience. I was fun watching the kids trying to figure out the windows. It’s old school, all the way. Campbell and his family are nice people.

Just speechless. What a way to explore California. My wife and I drove over a 1000 miles in 5 days. We Have been literally everywhere. From Lake Tahoe to Yosemite and Big Sur. The van was just perfect! It surpassed all my expectations. Carlton was awesome as well and he really takes good care of his cars for sure. Gonna miss the van.
