We were traveling to Oahu for the first time and we needed to find a replacement camper van last minute due to our original reservation getting canceled. We’re soo happy this camper van was available because it ended up being the perfect set up for us! We had a blast traveling around the island in it and never once ran into any issues with the vehicle. We loved the great gas mileage and the open space in the back with plenty of storage. An oldie but a goodie. Simple van life-cooler, gas stove, and some kitchenware provided (we did supplement with our own knife, chopping board, bowls). If you are going to be cooking most of the time you will have e to bring some of your own stuff, but for the odd meal and eating mostly out you'll be fine.
The van itself has a few quirks- the aircon was not blowing cold air, the front window doesn't wind up without help, the steering drifts a little, no music. In terms of charging phones etc there is a small charger in the cigarette outlette, but you can only use this while the vehicle is running.
In saying all this we had a great time, the van isn't showy so we were able to do spontaneous camping without drawing attention, saving HEAPS of money. It was comfortable at night on the fold out beds and the tinted windows with curtains gave us all the privacy we needed. There was plenty of space for our bags too, and we even fit a 7.2ft surfboard in there with us!
Overall, if your happy for simple van life (more similar to tent camping in terms of 'luxuries') then this van is definitely a great option.

Had an awesome trip around the island. The van got some years on it but everything worked out perfect. That's what i call camping ;). Enough space for all your stuff and cooking equipment is in the van. Would rent this again when im here. Greetings from the austrians.

We had a nice trip with the van. It was and old vehicle but the driving was smooth. It was comfortable but the owner didn't provide a gas tank for the kitchen also no cleaning tools for the plates or the van. It will be nice to have them or a small broom to take off the sand.

Pickup and drop off was SO easy and host response time was very quick. Host provides you with all you need to know about the car and provides all the basics (cooler, sleeping pad, pillows, flashlight, etc). The radio does not work so bring your own speaker or rent one from your host :)

Handling and visibility (window tints) leave something to be desired but overall she did the job! We had an awesome time on Oahu.
