We have hired vehicles many times, both overseas and within Australia, but have never encountered such an easy and pleasant experience as we did with Byron Adventure Vans. Kylie-Anne totally understood our needs, and tailored our van to suit. We had great communication, all down-to-earth, with "real" people. The contract was very simple, and took 5 minutes to finalise. (Loved that!) And the van - it was spotlessly clean, had everything we needed and ran like a dream. All around, the perfect experience. Thanks heaps you guys.

Overall we really enjoyed our trip. After all who wouldn’t enjoy Australia?The van was in good working condition and was generally clean. The towels we were given to use were thoughtful however had stains on them so we rewashed them to make sure they were clean. We planned to use all the kitchen equipment they provided but it was unfortunately greasy and had not been cleaned since it was last used so we did not use any kitchen equipment. Upon returning the van we were charged for lost kitchen items even though we hadn’t used any of it. We sent an email explaining that we had not used any of the kitchen equipment, however we were still charged for it and did not receive a response from Byron Adventure Vans.
