I made a reservation a little over a week from when I needed the RV. They confirmed the next day. Pick up and return couldn't have been easier. And the RV worked with no troubles.

Ever since new owners took over a few years ago, the professionalism has improved! Prices have gotten higher, but that's like everything else.

The customer service is top tier. There were a few problems with the unit but they were remedied and I would go back to them for a unit rental again

JR was exceptional to work with! He was always available to answer any questions, and went out of his way to accommodate our rental. I can't wait to get back to Phoenix to rent one of the big rigs!
