The RV itself was a sturdy vehicle. The owner's local representative was a great guy and I was happy to work with him.
The deposit that Outdoorsy required was taken immediately from my account but the REFUND has not yet occurred. That is confusing to me; it only takes a few computer strokes to make it happen.
So, Outdoorsy....... where's my refund?

My wife, son, and I had an excellent time renting this RV for a roadtrip to Jackson, Wyoming. We were a bit anxious as it was our first time driving an RV but Chris made everything so easy. He took the time to go into detail how to operate and maintain the RV while on the road. He went above and beyond by making himself available via text a we were traveling to ensure we felt confident on the road. Cannot thank him and team enough for the great experience!

Trip of a Lifetime!!! I’m an Eagle Scout from 1976. But never had the time or the resources to attend high end camps like Philmont, or National Jamborees.
Outdoorsy. Com was recommended to us, and we were blessed with the opportunity to rent from Christina and Chris. If you are looking for a quality “Glamper” look no further. These guys are the real deal.
We completed nearly 1200 miles in 10 days. Grand Canyon, Arches, Zion, and Bryce Canyon.
We live on the east coast, so not accustomed to driving mountain switchbacks at 8000 ft above sea level, but the RV was a dream to drive, we encountered high crosswinds coming through the Vermillion cliffs area, the RV had a built in crosswind detection system which stabilizes the steering in an instant. I was totally impressed with the handling, and I drive a Jaguar!!

We took the RV to Lake Powell in Page AZ and then on to the Grand Canyon for a couple nights. We had beautiful, but at times, cool weather and we were very comfortable and warm. With five people showering, we never ran out of hot water. It handled the climbs and curves of the trip handily. The host was extremely pleasant and helpful the entire time. 👍🏻👍🏻

Nice RV that was clean and spacious. We paid extra for delivery & pickup, and Chris was very helpful and professional in delivering and hooking everything up. He was also responsive on the phone when a question about the propane came up after-hours. Five stars for a near-perfect 3-day stay, although I can't comment on the RV's drivability since we didn't move the RV. The only downsides we had were pre-existing, disclosed damage to the front door which made going in and out challenging, and we noticed that the refrigerator was not cold enough (even though the freezer worked fine). Once these items are fixed, future renters can look forward to a well-equipped luxury RV with optional friendly delivery/pick-up service.

Overall a great experience. Christina was easy to work with and responsive to my questions. RV was as advertised and quickly became comfortable driving and parking.

The 2022 Renegade Vienna Class C RV exceeded my expectations. The owners were responsive and pleasant to work with. The RV provided a first-class experience with its spacious interior and well-equipped kitchen. The top-notch amenities made the trip comfortable and memorable.

This RV is absolutely beautiful and Chris did such a wonderful job at explaining everything to make our trip run smoothly. The lounge chairs have to be the most comfortable chairs we've ever sat in! It was such a luxury RV experience!

It was our first time using an RV and so we needed a lot of help and many questions answered along the way. Chris was always available and very patient and helpful with everything we needed. It was a huge relief to know he was there for us when we needed him and as we began to get the hang of it, we were able to really enjoy our trip and had a great time. The reclining seats made all the difference for comfort. We loved it! The RV was super clean and beautiful. Thanks so much :)
