Positives ... the hosts are very nice people... the mattress was really niceNegatives .... the trailer looks nothing like it does in the photos... interior is ripped up pretty good... doors falling off the hinges... exterior lights don't work so you can't sit outside at night.... BBQs don't work (they are missing gas lines so you can't use) while they supply dishes there is no sponges or soap to clean the dishes... overall condition of the trailer is poor ... I would suggest that they take new pictures or spend a little money redoing interior of trailer... also please note you must bring your own Apple TV or Firestick to use the TVs ... rented tons of houses and trailers in the past.... don't expect them to be perfect but this one was definitely not in good shape ... ended up leaving early and getting a hotel..

Jose and Grace are great host! The trailer was set up and ready when we arrived. Lots of space. Any questions they were quick to respond. Made our stay easy and we had a great time! Definitely book with them again!!

Let me tell you Jose and his beautiful wife are top notch! Not only did they come through last minute when our previous outdoorsy rental
Canceled 5 days before our trip we booked a year ago. We will now book with Luis again for
Next year. The trailer was spotless and had the essentials. The beds and bedding were all so comfortable. They were already to our KOA site when we arrived. They rolled out the mat. Supplied an outdoor burner so I could cook my bacon. All in all they were so accommodating. Dont look any further you came to the right place. Thank you again Jose!

The RV was clean and great to stay in for our first camping trip as a family of 4 with two littles. There were kid DVDs stocked up in the RV which was a lifesaver with some weather we experienced over the weekend.

Jose was easy to communicate with and a pleasure to do business with. My kids LOVED the RV experience… we are tent campers so this was all new to us. I’m sure we’ll be back again. 👍🏻

Jose, was amazing and communicated very well. The trailer was the cleanest rental I have ever seen. The bunk house was perfect for my teenage boys. We had a great family trip!

was my 2nd time renting from Grace and Jose and as always it was perfect. The trailer is like brand new, they set it up for me all I had to do is pull up and unload my things. I really like this trailer because it has 3 TV's, front bedroom has walk around bed, and the trailer sleeps 8-10 people comfortably
